These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Linklyfy, a digital business card service operated by Webblyfy ("Webblyfy", "we", "us"), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using Linklyfy, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Organization accounts are responsible for the conduct of every member they invite.
You agree not to use Linklyfy to share unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, to impersonate others, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
You retain ownership of the information, images, and links you add to your cards. You grant Webblyfy a limited licence to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any logo, photo, or material you upload.
We work to keep Linklyfy available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
