This Privacy Policy explains how Webblyfy ("we", "us"), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, collects and uses information when you use Linklyfy. By using the service you agree to this policy and to our Terms & Conditions.
We use your information to provide and operate Linklyfy: hosting your cards, capturing and displaying your leads, showing analytics, processing subscriptions, and sending account-related emails (such as verification, password reset, and team invitations). We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with providers that help us run the service, including Cloudflare (hosting, database, and image storage), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
If you use the "Scan business card" feature, the photo you capture is sent to our processing provider to extract text into a draft lead. We use the image only to perform that extraction and do not retain the photo after the lead is created.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit or delete your cards and leads at any time, and you can request deletion of your account by emailing us. Some records may be retained as required for legal, tax, or security reasons.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
